Privacy Policy

Definitions: For the purposes of this agreement, The Company shall mean Soul Journey 41, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and assigns, along with their respective owners, employees, agents, and subcontractors. All protections, waivers, and rights granted herein to Soul Journey 41 extend to all current and future entities under the same ownership or control.

 

Privacy Policy

The Company and its affiliates respect your privacy. We collect your name and email solely for booking, communication regarding your sessions, and our marketing and promotional campaigns. We will never sell your data. For clients in clinical psychotherapy, your records are further protected by HIPAA/Florida Privacy Laws with certain industry standard exceptions. Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA)

Introduction: This notice describes how medical and mental health information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information. As professionals we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of Clinical confidentiality.

 

1. Protected Health Information (PHI): In the course of our clinical psychotherapy work, we collect "Protected Health Information." This includes your symptoms, diagnosis, treatment plan, and billing information.

 

2. How We Use Your Information:

• For Treatment: To provide, coordinate, or manage your mental health care.
• For Payment: To provide you with a "Superbill" should you choose to seek insurance reimbursement.
• Healthcare Operations: To facilitate the administrative aspects of the practice.

 

3. Limits of Confidentiality (Mandatory Disclosures): In accordance with Florida law, we must disclose information without your authorization in the following instances:

• If we believe you are a clear and imminent danger to yourself or another person.
• If we have reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult.
• In response to a legal court order or subpoena.

 

4. Your Rights: You have the right to request a copy of your clinical record, request a restriction on certain disclosures, and at your written request receive an account of any disclosures made for purposes other than treatment or payment.

 

Media Release, Media Likeness & Content Release for Spiritual/ Quantum Session:

 

1. Authorization and Scope By engaging with the services provided by The Company, I hereby grant The Company the absolute and irrevocable right to record, film, photograph, and/or transcribe my Spiritual and Quantum sessions (including but not limited to QHHT®, Past Life Regression, and Akashic Interpretations).
2. Ownership and Usage Rights I acknowledge that all audio, video, and photographic recordings, as well as transcripts created during these specific sessions, are the joint intellectual property of The Company. I grant The Company a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, modify, reproduce, and distribute this content for:

• Social media platforms (Not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Educational and training materials
• Marketing, advertising, and website content
• Future publications or digital products

 

3. Anonymity and Likeness Options The Company is committed to honoring the sacred nature of this work. Unless a specific "Full Likeness" agreement is signed, The Company will default to Anonymity, ensuring that my full name and specific identifying personal details are removed or changed. I understand that my voice, first name, or blurred imagery may still be used to preserve the "Ethereal Dialogue" for educational purposes.

 

4. Waiver of HIPAA and Privacy Rights I understand that while my clinical psychotherapy records are protected under HIPAA and state law, the Spiritual/Quantum sessions described herein are distinct. By engaging with the services provided by The Company, I voluntarily waive my privacy rights regarding the media content of these sessions for the purposes of public distribution by The Company. I understand that once this content is released into the public domain, it may no longer be protected by federal or state healthcare privacy laws.

 

5. Release of Claims I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version of any video, audio, or print matter produced by The Company. I further release The Company. I further release and hold harmless The Company, its parent, its subsidiaries, its assigns, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and subcontractors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action—including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or breach of confidentiality—arising out of the use, editing, or distribution of these materials.

 

6. Assignment I agree that the rights granted to The Company in this release are transferable and assignable to any successor entity or subsidiary currently existing or created in the future without requiring additional consent.
