Definitions: For the purposes of this agreement, The Company shall mean Soul Journey 41, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and assigns, along with their respective owners, employees, agents, and subcontractors. All protections, waivers, and rights granted herein to Soul Journey 41 extend to all current and future entities under the same ownership or control.

While Hypnosis, Past Life Regression (PLR/QHHT), Akashic work are therapeutic tools, they are considered "transpersonal" or "complementary" services.
