Terms of Service & Disclaimers

Definitions: For the purposes of this agreement, The Company shall mean Soul Journey 41, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and assigns, along with their respective owners, employees, agents, and subcontractors. All protections, waivers, and rights granted herein to Soul Journey 41 extend to all current and future entities under the same ownership or control.

 

1. Professional Disclosure & Scope of Practice: I, Mercedes Carballo, am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the State of Florida. While my clinical expertise informs all my work, it is important to distinguish between our services:

• Clinical Psychotherapy: A clinical service designed to treat mental health disorders.
• QHHT®, Past Life Regression, Akashic Interpretation: These are Spiritual and Educational modalities. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical condition. By booking these services, you acknowledge that you are seeking a spiritual experience rather than clinical treatment.

 

2. The Company Disclaimer: The information provided during a QHHT® session—including insights from the "Subconscious" or "Higher Self"—is for your personal exploration. The Company does not guarantee specific physical or emotional outcomes. You are encouraged to consult with a primary care physician regarding any physical health concerns.

 

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Your time is as sacred as ours.

• Psychotherapy: Requires 24-hour notice for cancellation to avoid the full session fee. Your insurance will be billed for missed appointments. Copayments will not be collected for missed appointments. If paying cash for sessions (no insurance), you will be responsible for the entire payment of the missed appointment. If you agreed to or purchased a package, you forfeit the missed session and a credit or refund will not be issued.
• QHHT® / Regression: These sessions require a 5–6 hour block of time. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit. Forfeited deposits cannot be applied to future sessions. If you agreed to or purchased a package, you forfeit the missed session and a credit or refund will not be issued.

 

4. Payments & Refunds: All fees for services rendered are non-refundable. For the Founder’s Circle (Free Sessions), the fee is waived in exchange for a committed time block and a post-session testimonial.

 

5. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including the "Soul Journey 41" name, the "41-tone" branding, and the "Soul Journaling Guide," is the intellectual property of The Company.

 

6. Limitation of Liability: By engaging with any service offered by The Company, you agree to hold The Company harmless from any and all claims or liability resulting from your sessions or the use of this website.
